Incredible service! They were incredibly accommodating and communicative. They helped me out when my car broke down in the middle of the week. They figured out what was wrong in a timely manner, reached out to me along the way, and fixed my car as soon as possible, for a reasonable price. The owner went above and beyond to help me out. I'm so incredibly grateful that I found this shop! I'll be back for anything I need in the future. I would definitely recommend coming here for any car service you need.

I will not trust my cars with anybody other than Ronald. He is always honest and up front. He will tell you what your car really needs and actually show you what the problem was. He has worked on my cars for years and he is always on point with repairs. His prices are actually below the normal rates. I’m so happy that there is an honest mechanic shop in the Richmond area. I live in Chester but trust Ronald to the point that I drive my cars 45 minutes to him because I know it will be done right. He will always give you the best recommendations for your car. I can not thank him enough for the care and time that he takes with my cars. And omg the turn around time is super fast. I mean he did like a weeks worth of work in a day and a half. And he did that with a bunch of other cars there too.

My friend was stranded after getting a flat tire and had no spare of her own! Luckily, Ronald and his brother were right across the way and immediately offered help. They were both so so kind and thorough while explaining— would highly recommend Sanchez Automotive!! After this experience, I’ll be taking my car here for maintenance :)

This place is great. The owner was honest and transparent as they replaced the head gasket on our Toyota Highlander. They got to it right away, the price was very reasonable, and they even replaced a worn down timing guide while they were working on the engine free of charge. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for a solid mechanic who stands by his work.
