Caliber Collision

I wouldn't recommend this place. Today I went to pick up my vehicle, which had been in for an insurance assessment for over a week. When I went to retrieve it, since the car had been declared a total loss, the person handed it back to me with parts incorrectly reassembled in places where there hadn't been any damage. I tried to demand an explanation for this situation, and the representative there, very sarcastically and with a laugh on her face, simply told me that this happens because they had to disassemble the vehicle. I explained that I understood that, but they shouldn't have returned my vehicle to me like that because my car didn't arrive with those damages. She insisted repeatedly that she didn't know what I was talking about. I understand that I speak Spanish and was using a trans

Was in a small accident and my insurance company gave me a choice of a couple places to take my car. I was not at all familiar with Caliber Collision, and I am so glad I chose this place. Right from the start they had top notch communication with me. I was informed of every detail and almost updated daily via text what was happening with my car. They finished my car earlier than they anticipated. Even worked with me in the beginning with the estimate, I needed a certain time frame to come by, and they accommodated me with no hesitation. They even cleaned my car inside and out before returning it to me. (it was awful dirty I was embarrassed!) Definitely would recommend this place!

Will is very talented at his craft. They are quick, yet did an excellent job with my auto. Matched the red color amazingly well. Great people to work with. I highly recommend Caliber Collision.

Everyone was very friendly. They worked with me and in the end did a wonderful job. They worked with my insurance and the whole ordeal was pretty painless.

I got rear ended and the body work looks great. I got text updates every few days which helped determine how long I would need my rental. Tori was very helpful. I would recommend this shop. I really appreciate that they cleaned my car inside and out before returning.
