Insurance Claim Deserves more than 5 stars. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision of Jackson MI. From the beginning to the end the customer service was top notch. Rob reached out every Mon, Wed, and Fri with updates until the car was completed. Their biggest concern was that my daughter (who attends college in Albion) had her vehicle back in tip top shape and everything was up to par safety wise. Car looked like new at pickup.

they've done good work I cannot complain about the craftsmanship of anything my only complaint is it took a long time to get my car back if the holidays were an issue it definitely could have waited until after the car was very drivable. outside of that the work appears to be beautiful

Update: The follow through was not as good as our initial experience. We still haven’t been able to get a time from them to get our window that has issues since the fix looked at or the part they told us they were ordering installed. Overall the job wasn’t terrible but their guarantee is in question. We originally chose to go here since our insurance worked with them and we were unfamiliar with other options in the area. The staff has been above friendly, kept us updated every step of the way, and has even looked into things that we were worried may not be working right after it was returned without any hesitation and with smiling faces! Rated 4.8 stars, and based on our experience, they absolutely deserved it. Quality, timely work. They handled everything with insurance, and kept us up to date thrice weekly, as promised. Hope to never have to use then again, but if I had to they'd be a first choice.

Highly recommend Caliber Collision in Jackson, Michigan for repairs. I hit a deer head on and damaged front grill, fender, headlight and cooling system. Caliber had my van for less than 2 weeks, called me every other day with status of repairs and had the van ready for pickup on time.
