My husband's car came back to us like new! Michael made sure we knew step by step what was happening and really helped us stay calm and positive throughout this whole stressful situation. I would definitely r recommend their services to anyone who is in need of repairs.

Caliber Collision didn’t actually perform any repairs on our vehicle, but they held it briefly while our insurance company processed the total loss after an accident. We live about two hours from this location, and the professionalism and courtesy we received were outstanding. We needed our license plate removed from the totaled vehicle for DMV credit, and they not only mailed it to us promptly, but also included a collection of handwritten letters from my grandmother — letters she wrote to me when I was a child — that we had forgotten were in the glove box. Getting those back was an unexpected and incredibly meaningful surprise. Based on this experience alone, I would absolutely recommend this shop. Their attention to detail and genuine care for customers really stood out.

I have had many cars repaired over the years, but Caliber Collision of Jackson, TN was the best. Constant updates on progress, the finished product was great, and customer service was the best I have ever experienced. The manager was hands-on and made sure everything was perfect.

Highly recommended they stay in contact and answer all questions even gave me advice about my car for the future! Micheal is a great employee so good and helpful and they even brought my car to me when they were finished with it!
