Caliber Collision

I was in an accident last month and the insurance sent me here for repairs. The whole experience was smooth and very professional. I received a call immediately after the insurance company called, and had an appointment shortly after. As we all know some car repair can take time(ordering parts, etc) but Caliber Collision was, in my opinion, efficient with time and repairs (It took about 2 -3 weeks). When I picked up my car, the lobby was nice, cool, and clean, the guy at the front desk(during drop off and pick up) were very nice and professional. My only concern is that, I guess during the finishing process or maybe during some of the rain we had, the passenger side floor of my car was soaked. I had magazines on the floor and when I picked them up they were drenched and the mat was wet. I’

I had a minor fender bender that caused minimal damage to my rear tailgate. It worked, but made a distinct clicking noise when opening and closing. I wanted to save filing a claim with insurance, so I asked them to see what they could do. They found the problem and fixed it with minimal cost. No more clicking sound! The tailgate works perfectly. Thanks, guys!

I dropped my car off on October 15th for damage to my front bumper and radiator support and as of November 20th I still haven’t gotten my car back. There were some initial discoveries that the car was more damaged once taking bumper apart, which was totally understandable, but it took a week of playing phone tag to actually get the next step of repairs going on the car. Everyone I’ve called since they’ve told me it’s nearly finished and keep pushing back when my car will be ready for pick up. I’ve spoken to the manager onto one occasion who promised a date and lowered price but my car still isn’t done. I’m furious at how my car has been mishandled and will never be coming back again.

This place did one hell of a job. The work itself was amazing and this was a difficult color to match. But beyond the work, the customer service and communication was some of the best I have ever seen. Not only was I updated constantly, but when I got the car back not only was in shining, they went through trouble, cleaned my car interior, threw trash away, and honestly went well above and beyond.
