Josh has been extremely informative on the things I need. He steps me through each process. Jessica is a sweetheart, always has a smile on when I walk in. She helps inform me on what’s going on with the car back in the shop. Very nice people. 10/10 recommend

I can’t say enough about this place!! I’ve been driving my pos that I got in the divorce that my wasband neglected along with his wife! Needed to get her a glow up as well lol. Caliber collision came through!!!!! Jessica was amazingly sweet and professional and helpful and getting an appointment that worked for me. Dylan, Jonathon and Cody are masters of theirs crafts. I was thoroughly impressed with the service that Josh provides by setting the example for his employees. I will be a lifelong customer!

I was very pleased with the service I received when I took my vehicle to Caliber Collision in Jonesboro. The staff took the time to explain the repair process and was both personable and knowledgeable. I also appreciated receiving email updates throughout the repair after my vehicle was damaged in a deer collision. I highly recommend their services.

All the staff and mechanics were very courteous and kept me informed every step of the way with my vehicle repairs. Josh gave kept me updates on all repairs and when my vehicle would be finished.Jessica was excellent with helping with any insurance matters and was always friendly. My vehicle was handed back to me in top notch shape. I highly recommend this place for any collision repairs was highly satisfied with the experience I received.
