Rowan diagnosed the problems I was having and did a complete once over and recommended much needed repairs I wasn't aware of like worn tie-rod ends, worn upper ball joints, bad bearing, ignition coil, and a few other things. I was very pleased having all the repairs done making my vehicle much safer to drive. The total price was a fair price and I too was grateful for that as well. Also, he is very knowledgeable and explains every repair along with his recommendations. I highly recommend. Very polite!

ROWAN AUTOMOTIVE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST. I had radiator hose replaced on my f150. The work that was needed to be done was going to cost me $750 dollars at other automotive shops. Rowan Automotive did the same job for $300 less than everyone else. Kenny and his crew goes above and beyond to get your vehicle back running better than ever. He has a really good attitude towards his customers and he takes time to explain what all your vehicles needs to have done to it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS AUTOMOTIVE SHOP. They are truly the best by far in this city. His prices and quality of work is outstanding.

I’ve owned my car since I was 21, and in the last six years I’ve been to four or five different mechanics. None of them could figure out why my battery kept dying overnight. Every shop either guessed or gave up. Kenny didn’t. He took the time to test, think, and narrow down the cause. He explained his hypothesis, showed me what he was seeing, and he ended up being completely right. I took my 2017 Chevy Malibu to be looked at because it kept cutting off and got so it didn't want to start so I asked a guy that works at the shop on Washington could he look at it he told me yes,so when I called him the next day he still haven't looked at it,and it had ended up being a week almost before he looked at it so when decided to go get my vehicle he told me that he thinks it's jumping time!! And that I would be better off to just get another one..I couldn't afford another car so I found Kenny and told him what was going on with my car and also told him what the guy told me about my car and he said that's absolutely not the problem,he diagnosed my car without even looking at!! Everyone is very kind and will make sure you are taken care of. I had a few questions I asked about over the phone and they had me come in after work was done to navigate me through their process, recommended next steps, and even referral to a trusted shop for tires. I will definitely be back again in the future.
