Superb! Incredible communications. I was regularly update by Rachel via text, who was knowledgeable, informative and responsive to my questions. The repair work was impeccable. My car looked like new. Caliber even washed and waxed my vehicle. I unreservedly recommend Caliber of Kingston. Ask for Rachel as your service advisor. You won’t regret either decision!

My vehicle front end was damaged by deer. I was told to go to this place. Good price. Gave me a date when I'd be able to get my truck back and I got it sooner than expected. My vehicle came out like new and cleaned. I am pleased with their business and great service I'd recommend this place!

Excellent service from the front desk to the project manager. Kept me informed and came in two days earlier in repairs. My repairs were stellar and they even helped me with a problem with my backlights. I highly recommend Caliber Collision.

Honestly if I could give negative stars I would!!! Hands down the WORST customer service experience I have EVER had. My vehicle was looked at towards the end of June with an estimate given in about 15 minutes. I scheduled the appointment that day for mid July because that's when the part's would arrive, which was fine because I completely understood that things were delayed due to shipping/availability. When I arrived for my appointment another review of the vehicle was done by the supervisor Lenny and I was told no problem this should be an easy job, We should have it done within a week. I was told that I would be updated by texts and phone calls with progress updates, along with when I would be able to pickup the vehicle. Kingston NY location. But i would never use any of their locations again. If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not use this repair shop. The photos reflect how they tried to give my vehicle back to me and were satisfied with their work. They could not provide old parts as requested upon drop off. They kept my vehicle another 2 weeks and miraculously came up with the parts. They had my vehicle a total of 1 month for a simple bumper paint job. The bumper still isn't installed correctly as I can see the tabs. They had to transport it to another location for paint. Should have told me that from the beginning that was your only job. The first 2 weeks I got updates every few days then dead silence. Didn't even respond to text messages, I had to call. This was not quality work at all.
