Caliber Collision

I am really unhappy with the result of my repair. I’m not going to write a long paragraph about my grievances and exaggerate my disappointment with accusations and emotion. That’s unnecessary. The fact of the matter is that they failed to care about the customer. This not how my car should have been returned to me. Message to management: do you stand by your decision to deliver my car back to me looking like this?

It was a great experience with them. The staff are all nice and accommodating. Everything was explained well. The car was done on time. I will surely recommend them. Frank is great!

Zach made the overall customer service experience from Caliber extremely smooth. He patienlty provided all of the information I needed and kept me informed the entire time. I got a detailed estimate of repairs for my car, William, was patient with me in listing the details of my damage, and reviewed pictures with me. Due to my budget, I had to go elsewhere since I was paying out of pocket due to insurance reasons, but they appeared to have plenty of business. Receptionist very sweet. Everyone there treated me well.

I stopped by for an estimate for a body repair, turned out it was only a paint transfer. The shop cleaned it and polished it while I was waiting! Great service, fantastic people! Highly recommend the shop for friends and family! Thank you!
