Caliber Collision

Very poor service, poor timing and poor work quality. Dropped of the car after a minor deer hit. Took them over 4 weeks to fix, with 3 days of delay of the initial end of repair date. Communication was poor, they were sending me generic messages/updates with no useful information, steps of repair or what parts they are changing. Quality of repair is poor. The gaps of new fender and door are visibly much bigger than the other side. The alignment is definitely off. They replaced my headlight despite it being without any damage after the hit. On the other hand the inside liner of the fender that was damaged they just screwed back in. Definitely won’t be back there with my cars and don’t recommend this place based on my experience.

This is an update from a previous negative review I posted in regards to my experience with Caliber Collision in Lemoyne Pennsylvania. Mr. Mike and the General Manager, Mr Larry took excellent care of my car and reassured me that I took my car to the best possible place for repairs. It was somewhat of a breakdown in communication. After finally getting in contact with them, they immediately resolved the issue with my car and it's driving smoothly with the squeaky sound completely gone. They were very courteous and helpful with me even when I was upset about something that was outta there control. Despite the circumstances surrounding my truck needing some body work, I had an outstanding experience with Caliber. Everyone from the front desk, to Jared, were extremely easy to work with, and talk to. I couldn't speak any higher of this company. Jared was excellent with keeping me updated on my trucks status. Even if a small issue came up, he was able to inform me, and come up with an immediate solution. I will highly recommend this company to anyone needing body work. 10/10, would definitely come back here again.

The Caliber folks did an excellent job repairing some front-end body damage I incurred. They returned my car 1 day earlier than promised, the repair was done well. and they communicated well with me throughout the process. I would highly recommend their services!

Great work. Seems pricey but they do tip top work. Devon was awesome at keeping us up to date with repairs and our vehicle was done ahead of schedule.
