Staff are great. Automation and mechanicals totally suck and are out of programming. This place seriously needs a programmer to fix this place. I pay for the Ultimate Wash and this programming can’t keep up with the number of vehicles entering. I thought it was by default when busy so I tried it when there were only a few cars in line and still, it gives me the basic wash. The components like the under carriage doesn’t work. The high pressure pre wash or rinse don’t work. The tire shine brushes move in and out but don’t make contact with the tires. (I watched from outside and recorded it. If fact, I recorded an entire wash and wish I had a way of posting it here. Please fix this place! It’s a wreck.

Absolutely in love with the quality of the car after getting your premium service! And LENNON, who recommend it (it was my first time) was an absolutely wonderful customer service rep. Friendly, helpful and informative. On a cold, windy day my car sparkled. I'm hooked! It was too cold to do more than vacuum the drivers side, but the car was spotless due to your excellent drying system.

“I’ve noticed the condition of this place has declined significantly. The trash often isn’t emptied and there is frequently garbage on the ground. It gives the impression that the property isn’t being properly managed. This is a 3 star because of the free fountain drinks for members. It’s a disappointment when there is are carbonation left. Half the time the machine is broken. This rarely happens at the eg drive location. One last opinion. The towel are so oily to where they leave stresks on my car I have bring my own

The guys there are great. Place offers more than just going through a car wash for exterior. You’re able to take care of the inside also. Unlimited washes was the greatest choice for me, especially during the cold season. Tony , Lennon and a few other guys go the extra mile each time. Very helpful and friendly.

Second time at this location. There are never any towels to dry your vehicle with. The windshield buffer/dryer in the wash wasnt operational. Air hose for detail drying outside didnt work. Additionally the staff member who directs you to drive onto the belt motioned me forward and placed my vehicle too close to the vehicle in front of me. I followed his directions exactly and my car began to rapidly accelerate on the belt and come within inches of the other car. He then had me backup. I was still far too close for comfort- less than a foot. Suggest the staff pay more attention to this than trying to quickly load as many vehicles as possible. Will not be returning.
