Came in to this location due to an accident. So glad I did and was able to get the best people for the job! Megan at the front desk is so kind and really helps in customer service. Very pleasant to speak with! Lucas was the gentleman that helped fix my car brand baking new. Upon pick up, it looks like nothing ever happened! Caliber Collision on W. Chatfield exceeded my expectations. I had a broken driver side mirror and thought I could fix it myself. I ended up coming here and was completely taken care of by Lucas and Megan. In a time when customer service is lacking in so many industries, Megan and Lucas provided the BEST customer service. They both went above and beyond to make sure I had a ride home after dropping off my car, thorough inspection before and after the repair, very friendly attitudes, excellent communication and a quick fix. I sure hope to not have anymore damage to my car ever again but if I do, I will be going back to Caliber Collision and hope to see Lucas and Megan still there. Thank you so much!
