This is an awesome company with great workers!! Always polite , very knowledgeable and Dewayne is such a friendly guy he had our issue taken care of in no time and that's no exaderation at all he was precise and did quality work! Will be going there again for any collision needs.

My wife hit a deer and we went through Progressive Insurance, which has a great working relationship with Caliber Collision. The whole process was seamless—filed the claim online and within about an hour Caliber reached out by text/call to schedule the repair appointment. They also coordinated with Enterprise so we had a rental right away. We received clear status updates throughout the repair, and their follow-up questions were timely and helpful. Best of all, the car was finished two days sooner than expected. Big thanks to Giselle and Cynthia at Caliber Collision in Logansport, Indiana—highly recommended.

The amount of incompetence here is sad. Someone hit my car and I took it back numerous times and still never got a mirror. The only thing I was happy with was the alignment they put broken parts back on like I wouldn't notice. I took it back they put that on then put my broken mirror back on. I told them about it and after a few times going back there I gave up. Dwayne seemed nice but obviously doesn't ensure people are doing the work properly and he never got ahold of me to make it right. They got payed from the insurance company for not doing everything and they also didn't reset codes after the damage. Pathetic place they obviously don't care to do a good job and I would not recommend. Thanks for my mirror it's still broke. Send it to me in the mail and I'll fix it bc I can't stomach e

Very easy to work with. Friendly staff. Really like the daily updates on progress. Amazing job, can not tell that the car was ever damaged! Would HIGHLY recommend!
