This was about 3-4 years ago when I visited this shop 1 time. I think they have different mechanics now so 3 stars. But I can't believe they let this slide. No receipt paid cash. Alignment on my Buick. They did not align it right.... They didn't even align it. There were no cotter pins in the outer tie rod end castle nuts when the vehicle was returned. Said castle nuts were finger loose. I live 3 blocks away and it was driving terribly on the way home so I immediately lifted/jacked up the vehicle to check at home myself. I had installed new inner and outer tie rod ends myself prior to the requested alignment. Never will I return. I don't trust them. I would have died if I went on the highway. I would have lost control of the steering of the Buick. I had it aligned somewhere else after
