Long story short, someone hit and ran my 4Runner while it was parked. Bumper was messed up and the back hatch was dented. Our insurance recommended Caliber Collision and it seemed like they had good reviews so I decided to use them for the repairs. They raised their initial estimate by a few thousand on some nonsense, which didn’t particularly matter since I was just paying my deductible. It seems like they’re milking the most out of the insurance but I guess that is just business. (Over 3K for bumper and dent repair) Considering two things repaired: 1) the bumper. Bumper looks great, as it should since they installed a brand new bumper. 2) back door hatch. Dropped it off with a slight dent on the door. Overall the repair looks fine. HOWEVER…They returned the car to me with the insid
Caliber Collision did an incredible job on my truck. Mike and the team provided top notch customer service with great communication, and my truck was ready early. The paint match and attention to detail made it look better than before. I’ve already been telling friends and family to come here.
Fantastic team to work with. Top notch with communication, professionalism, and highly skilled technicians. My Jeep was delivered on time and the repair work is fantastic. These folks deserve MORE than 5 stars. I can't recommend them enough.
I would 100% recommend caliber collision for any repairs to any vehicles. I had my forerunner repaired with them at the Loomis location and Mike was amazing. He communicated well. I felt like my vehicle was in good hands and it was actually even done earlier than anticipated the results of the repair were 10 out of 10. It looks like it was never even involved in a collision. Thank you so much.
Our truck was repaired beautifully after being hit on the freeway. Was returned as promised on time. They cleaned the inside and outside of our truck. Very satisfied and great great customer service and team.
