1 Star — DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CLOWNS Over 3 months and still no parts. Three. Months. I've called, left voicemails, sent emails — nothing but crickets. No tracking number, no updates, no answers. Meanwhile, these guys have the audacity to keep running sales and promotions like they can actually fulfill orders. You can't even get parts out the door for orders you already took money on, but sure, run another special and collect more cash from the next batch of people you're about to ghost. I'm not alone either — just check their own Facebook reviews page. It's a wall of people with the same story: months-long waits, phones that go straight to voicemail, and excuses about steel shipments and delays while they keep marketing like everything is fine. As many other people who have recently bought from this company, I was a victim aswell. Ordered on 1/12 and was hoping to receive my order in a timely fashion as it was the last time i had ordered from here years ago. Waited a week for a tracking number to show up and nothing.. emailed and got a response a few days later saying my order would ship the following week. That was a lie, another week goes by and they said they were waiting on tubing and then they would ship it out. Another 2 weeks go by the tubing showed up but then other components of my order were not in stock. At that point I had to cancel the order. I got "the cure"for my XJ and I'm putting another in my wife's XJ. Usps messed up the delivery of hers, go figure. I contacted Ruffstuff and they sent me another no questions asked. Definitely a good quality part and easy to install. Takes a little play out of the steering. I definitely recommend adding one on there if you are already rebuilding it.

Ordered on 1/15 all parts were "in stock" waited a week for shipping confirmation and nothing... I was able to get a hold of a person through phone who told me that they were shipping the next week... It is now 3/4 and I have not received anything. I can not get a hold of anyone nor can i cancel my order. I used this company for years and all I want is a response at this point.

Ive called multiple times being nice and Ive been waiting for my package almost a month now, the website showed in stock, they took my money and have had nothing but excuses eachtime i called first it was were waiting on tube, then it was waiting on a pan hard then it was were sending it tomorrow and now they dont anwser. Ive asked for a manager, left voicemail and nothing. Im not happy yo have the amount of money out that i have with absolutely nothing to show for it except lies and excuses. If you can’t fulfill an order dont show it forsale. Still currently waitingas they just ignore my calls 2/3 excuses came from jon b himself. So dont be fooled.
