Caliber Collision

I can not properly articulate how unprofessional and disrespectfully I was treated by Calliber Collision. I not only felt like I was pushed around with out any form of proper communication, but when I brought it up to the general manager Lance I was met with an attitude. I have tried everything to be understanding but my last straw was when I picked up my car. After 3 months of waiting I finally pick up my car and it is a disaster. There was dust from the repair covering the interior of my car and to top it all off my car smells like cigarettes and someone was so kind to leave their butts and ash all over my center console and dash board. When I brought this to attention as soon as I saw it the only thing I was offered was to sweep out the tobacco leaves from my cup holders. That's it. Nee

It has been quite the journey with my vehicle! Last month I hit a big buck and completely wiped out my front and passenger door. Caliber collision repaired the vehicle, and it looks like I never hit a deer! Only giving 4 stars due to length of service, however it was out of their control due to weather impacting parts arriving and having to reorder parts for some arriving damaged. Overall satisfied with service! They also offer financing options to pay for repairs, and also deductible depending on amount of deductible.

Very unpleased with my experience at this body shop. Definitely wont use them again. Things went well in the beginning, were quick to schedule and very nice to talk with. Dropped off the vehicle for repairs were notified of progress regularly. It wasnt until we picked up the vehicle and got home where we noticed the new headlight was glued in, a clip for the hood was broken and some other things. We contacted them immediately and took it back in where they admitted it was done incorrectly by the technician. They did make it mostly right after several months of us complaining but I still have things that aren't right that they claim they wouldn't have done. Just strange all the cameras, sensors, etc. worked perfectly on my 2 year old vehicle when I dropped it off to them in the beginning.

My car was ready in one day. Brittany stayed in contact with me through the short process and my new bumper looks great. They even returned my rental car for me! I hope to have no more accidents with the car, but if so, Caliber will get my business!

We took our Ford Bronco for repairs caused by a deer collision. When we left the vehicle all damage was clearly marked by Shane and photos taken by me and caliber. All damage was to the drivers side. When picking up our vehicle there was additional damages to the hood that was not there before. The General Manger, Lance made many excises as to how this could have happened none of which had anything to do with his shop. Finally he agreed to fix the damage to the hood that happened while in their care. Other items that needed to be fixed were side view mirror alignment, left fender alignment, rear door alignment, and rear bumper alignment.
