Caliber Collision

Went over to this place to get an estimate on my car. It was only for a rocker panel. I was told by Angelo the service advisor, that they could fix the existing one that was cracked and would not need a new one. Fast forward to Tuesday 2/24/26, i drop my car off. Jose, the gentle man that checked us in would not let my husband get a word in, as he was trying to ask questions about payment etc. All he would say was he didnt know. We left the car at 7:30 am. I called around 12:30 to ask for updates and was told by Angelo, he would get back to me tomorrow 2/25 but he said it still was looking like i would have my car back by Thursday, and i needed it back for my commute to work. They managed to have my car ready a few days before the promised day, and it looks better now than it did the day I bought it. They also did a really thorough cleaning of the interior and exterior of the car. Unfortunately, it unexpectedly started snowing a few hours before I picked the car up, so the car was kind of filthy by the time I got it home due to slush and salt on the road- I don’t blame them at all for this, but had my card not been ready for another day or two after the snowstorm, my hope is they would’ve given it a second cleaning to make sure I got it clean

Every one I talked to was polite friendly, clear and helpful. The work was excellent and the car looks brand new even though it is 15 years old. They went above and beyond on the cleanup. There was not a single white hair from my white dog in the black interior. I had a black dog when I bought the car and insisted on a black interior. Unfortunately when I adopted the dog I have now, I didn’t think to get one that matched the interior color of my car.

I had a phenomenal experience with Caliber Collision! Business was taken care of in a great timely fashion. In & out with no wait services! The communication service was amazing whether in person, over the phone or through email. I was always updated & given most accurate information as possible & assisted well when I was unsure of things. The great amount of the help I had received , I’m so grateful for. The repairs to my vehicle is perfection! The details are all as good as new ! Looks as if nothing ever happened ! I appreciate all of Caliber Collision best efforts and success on my repair !
