Mavis Discount Tire

Overall a great experience. Julian greeted me as I was walking in and helped me confirm my appointment. T then came out to greet me and confirmed if we had previously spoke on the phone. T was very helpful in assisting me with changing my appointment last week. Wait time was about 30 minutes for a new tire and mount. The waiting area had plenty of seats with water available and a TV with a remote available. Thank you again Julian and T for your help! I will be coming here again.

Malik was very helpful with dropping the car off and picking it back up. He was nice and friendly. Also “T” was very nice and pleasant too. My “low tire pressure “ light was still on when my car was finished so we asked for them to be checked before we left. The young man that checked my tire pressure before I left was super nice and helpful.

Stopped in Sunday to have rear tires replaced Kristen took great care of me at the front desk. She was friendly, efficient and super helpful. Even with several people in front of me the wait time was not long at all. I've been here before and it's because of people like Kristen that I keep coming back.

This Mavis Tire store is phenomenal. The general manager, Malik is awesome. He was able to help me out with my pricing like no other tire store I’ve ever been visited. The service was excellent. I was in and out in no time. The cost, you can’t beat it. I would recommend this store to everyone.

I had a great experience at Mavis Tire. The staff took the time to help me find the least expensive tire options that fit my needs and they went out of their way to make sure the tires were ordered and installed the same day! Made a stressful situation so much easier. Friendly, helpful, and efficient service — I’d definitely come back!
