Caliber Collision

Had a windshield replaced. noticed that the wiper blade arms were not correctly adjusted. opened hood to correct them and found, all removeable cowl clips were missing, cowl was out of position and damaged due to contact with wiper arms, the trim on the side of the window was not fully seated, damaged, or dislodged. I am amazed that so few things were touched during service and every single one of them has been broken, damaged, or misplaced on top of the glassing being unclean. The shop was generally unprofessional and slightly rude, I would recommend going elsewhere.

From the moment I walked in the receptionist was so beyond sweet and made you feel very welcomed! Isabel was the main person I was in contact with. She was really nice and texted every couple of days to give me information on my car. I never worried about how my car was being handed because I knew it was in great care. I hope my car never has to go back, but if it does I’ll be happy to return it to this location and make sure Isabel is the one handling it! Highly recommend

Went in hoping for a car repair but I got a master degree from professor Daisy on “Auto Claims 101”. I got educated over the phone, Daisy knew precisely the what and the how before even looking at photos, she just knew it because she’s an encyclopedia. And when I brought the car in, this Yoda of car repairs had the conclusion ready before walking out to see the student’s car. I managed to take some notes, the insurance company may not accept the glass damage under the same claim for the bumper, and I might need to file a separate claim, scenario which would have been absolutely fine if my lecturer did not have a diploma in condescension as well. Daisy made sure the quality of the repairs were excellent. During her inspection of my vehicle, Daisy went above and beyond and completed a very thorough inspection in which she found additional damage that was not seen by me. She also did an excellent job of keeping me informed during each step of the repair process. I will continue to use this Caliber Collison location and request that Daisy be in charge of repairs for all my future repairs.

I have used the Caliber off of Margaret Wallace several times now and have always been satisfied with their work. The front desk staff are friendly and easy to work with. Daisy has been my point of contact for all of my repairs. I appreciate her professionalism and accessibility. She is an excellent communicator, keeping me updated on my car’s progress throughout the repair process. Both times, my car was finished ahead of schedule.
