Caliber Collision

Edited: (I found multiple defects in the paint, as well as slight orange peeling. The clear coat is definitely dull/flat compared to the original paint. I found bare metal once opening the hood where repairs were made. This is 100% not acceptable to me. I am waiting to hear back from the company after contacting them.) I was told 1 1/2 to 2 weeks. It ended up taking 4 weeks for the repairs because some parts were back ordered. This is understandable. Customer service has been friendly and helpful so far. The repairs are perfect with the exception of my clear coat of the painted panel looking dull compared to the original paint on surrounding panels. It may just need a light wet sanding and/or buffing. I have yet to contact them about resolving this issue.

I had a bad experience with calibre after all of the time of me being out of money and not really being able to work because I use my vehicle for work. The repair could’ve been done for all of the time that it took. There is still a bulge in my rear bumper. I’ve been to collision shops and I’ve seen cars coming in out of the garage but this time I’m not pleased with this service for all of the time that it took to get the car repaired. They did not do a good job. I do not recommend calibre collision.

It’s only been a week since picking up my car but everything went really well. Timely repair, good customer service, good updates and detailed information. MUCH, much, much, better than what you will get at most local car dealer auto body repair shops.

I was rear-ended. My repair was finished ahead of schedule thanks to a little bit of luck and the excellent team. The staff were all very friendly. It made a difficult experience much easier. Thanks to everyone!

It's been almost a week since I picked up my car and everything looks great. I was happy with the work done. Customer service was great and the service was very good
