Customer service CANNOT BE BEAT! I usually take my car to the dealership for service but decided to give Pons Auto a whirl for new tires and brakes. Not only did they do a fantastic job but the prices were excellent and they cleaned my car inside and out. I was kept up to date with the entire process and was not pushed into buying anything I did not need. Very honest and fair and fantastic customer service!

Worked directly with Justin Pons to purchase a used car. Justin was spectacular. He was up-front about the vehicle, offered a fair price, and proposed solutions to help facilitate the sale. Great guy and we are very happy with the purchase!

A few days ago I messaged Justin to see what he had in his inventory in my price range. He immediately replied with a few options for me with pictures of each vehicle. This particular 2005 Cobalt interested me we set up a time for me to see the vehicle. I test drove the vehicle and looked it over and decided to purchase it later on in the week. After I left he went over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb and made sure the vehicle was safe and sound including lots of pictures. Today I picked up the vehicle the transaction was quick and easy. I also go to check out his repair shop and plan to refer everyone I can to Pons Auto Service.

Great place to purchase a car! Took my son for his first car and they were fantastic! Great service and Josh helped us through the process every step and put him a in a great car VW Jetta low miles clean car and that made him very happy! Friendly place
