Top Notch. From the day one phone call. The communication was top notch. Adam, the Service Manager, extremely easy to talk to and absolutely take your vehicle as his own. When I picked up my Mercedes. I told him about the work the guys did. EXCELLENT JOB. However, I also said as much as I love the work they did, God knows, I hope to never see you again. I was pleasantly surprised by Caliber’s service. First off, the work done was amazing, like new quality, and came with a lifetime warranty - for as long as I have the car. I was constantly updated on the status and my expectations were set correctly. It even was completed a day earlier than initially planned. Now for what really made the experience complete was the interaction I had with Jose, the manager as well as Brandi, who works the front desk and has been so courteous, helpful, and friendly. My insurance wrongfully approved my claim and told me I owed nothing but it turned out after review that they did not cover and I was in for a special financial surprise. The team at Caliber is so professional, helpful and kind. They made sure that we were updated at all times on the process and eased any worries we had. They made sure that we were prepared and even made sure we were asking the insurance companies the right questions. The repairs they did look amazing. They even went as far as washing and detailing the outside of our vehicle. Anytime we need a repair done on our vehicles we will always use Caliber Collision from now on.

This has been the most unprofessional car repair experience. I would absolutely avoid sending my car for repairs. The team is unprofessional and repairs are botched. They will also damage your vehicle and not claim ownership of the damage. There are many other reputable automotive repair companies. I would stay far away from this one. I was so impressed by this Caliber Collision location. They went above and beyond to help me with my repairs as well as with a long overdue factory recall fuel pump as well. This was honestly one of the top services amd body work I have had done in all my 41 years. I can't tell you how great they were during this entire process. And the fact that they went above and beyond to get a honda recall fixed for me as well was so amazing... with no extra charge or anything. My cars paint job honestly looks better than when I first bought it!
