Caliber Collision

Took my car in for repairs to the left front after hitting a deer. Had high expectations after reading reviews. Had my car for 22 days plenty of time to spray a sample and match my paint ( At which i brought up numerous times with everyone i talked to including the shop manager ) I have been in other shops that were actually professionals at what they do and the spray a sample to make sure the paint matches before spraying all the parts. They told me they have a camera and they mix there own paint. Got my car back and the paint was mismatched and the gap on the hood and the painted grill piece was touching on one side and a 1/4" gap on the other end. Took it back and this guy Lee whoever this clown is, said they did the best they could with the paint and they installed aftermarket parts t

I brought my truck in on December 2nd for three tiny dents and a broken taillight—just those simple things! When I arrived, I made it crystal clear that those were the only issues needing repair. Yet, from that moment on, everything went completely off the rails. They flat-out lied about the original deadline, telling me it would be done by December 26th. Then it was pushed to January 2nd, then January 9th, then January 16th, then January 22nd, and finally, the real date—February 6th. And what did they do? They took it upon themselves to go beyond what was agreed upon, replacing and fixing things I never authorized or asked for! I tried to get updates, called for pictures, and all I ever saw was my truck gutted, stripped down to nothing. And then, one week I was told they’d redo the spray

The repairs that were made to my vehicle were beautifully done. Customer service was amazing and did an amazing job updating me by text during the process, from start to finish. My vehicle was done by the estimated time promised. My vehicle had been detailed inside and out making it look brand new. I will definitely return if ever the need, and will be recommending them to anyone I know.

From start to finish this team is an A team!! Started with getting help from Shawna, scheduling to review my repair and their schedule wasn’t far out. The review for my repair was quick and easy. I forget the man’s name, but he came out and took pictures of the damage and sent me a quote shortly after that, within promised time. Only a couple- few days after getting my quote I turned my little truck in, received my rental, and was kept updated often on the progress of my vehicle. Within promised time, I was notified my vehicle was finished and upon picking it up, you could only imagine it looked like the damage was never there! AND they detail cleaned the outside of my truck. This was so great- due to fresh paint, I can’t go through a wash for 90 days.- Above and beyond!! This team did ama
