Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Decided to get an oil change. Had it done, everything seemed fine. Pulled up to the light and noticed my car starting to rev weird and my engine light came on. Came back, and had to spend a hour with them trying to figure out what they did, they weren’t even sure at first, and were using google to figure it out, found out they put my air filter in wrong and almost messed up my engine as well ended up being 45 mins late to work. Tried to do the oil change out of convenience, but I won’t be going back out of fear it’ll happen again. I appreciate them doing their best to fix the situation but it should’ve been done correctly the first.

We got there right before closing unaware of the time, and they took us right in and had us done and out the door quickly. Everyone was friendly and professional. We used to get our oil changed elsewhere, but switched to the store last year after experiencing the great customer service we get at this store.

My oil change was fast. Staff was nice and offered me a bottle of cold water. I was thirsty too. Shout out to Dylan - did a great job during my oil change today! I am grateful and will be back

I stopped into Valvoline on St Rt 28 today and I can’t express how awesome their team was. Great service and friendly smiles. Very thorough and I feel they had my cars best interest at hand. Thanks fellas! Joan Brown

Every visit here goes smoothly! Jeremy is one of the nicest humans I’ve ever met! So professional, personable and genuine. The service was fast and great as always! Definitely recommend this location, only location I go to is Milford. They also offer discounts!
