Great customer service. We bring all of our fleet here when staff have a sudden and unfortunate accident. But this time it was my personal vehicle, and the repairs and customer service were phenomenal. Coordination with a Rental was made super easy, communication via text email was very straight forward. Delivered my vehicle clean and exactly as it was prior to my own mishap.

Kevin helped me figure out weird noises coming from my 2010 mitsubishi outlander and suggested repairs that fixed the problem. I came to him again when I bought a used 2022 Toyota prius prime and he found an issue that the person doing my pre-purchase inspection didn’t find and he was able to fix it again. Kevin is a super trustworthy technician!!

I want to say thank you for everyone at Caliber Collision especially Odisho for the great customer service. Unfortunately the car was totaled by the insurance so I can’t speak about the body works. I will still recommend them for the great customer service they provided going through details and explaining everything on paper when the car got dropped to them. Odisho is the man, thank you

I used this dealership in Morgan Hill. I worked mostly with Erica and Sean. From start to finish everything was explained so well to me. During the repair, Erica called several times to give me updates. She was so kind and reassuring. My vehicle was finished way ahead of schedule because of their planning with ordering the parts that were needed. The paint job was incredible. I have a red metallic vehicle and that paint is not easy to match, and they did an incredible job. The customer service was truly outstanding, the best service I have experienced in years.
