The team at Caliber Collision, Mount Pleasant, couldn't have made the experience any better. The entire staff was courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and answered any and all questions I had. My vehicle looked like a million bucks when it was completed---and the repairs were on time. Highly recommend this shop.

While we were away this summer in Florida, someone hit my car and left without a note or any contact information. What I thought was minor turned out to be pretty major as the person who hit me broke all the clips on my Fender. Caliber Collision did an amazing job and repaired my car bumper to brand new status. They were quick and efficient and kept me informed. My car was returned clean and pristine. My daughter actually used Caliber Collision when she hit a deer accidentally, her car was a mess and they put the entire thing back together and it looked brand new when she got it back. Highly recommend! Was rear ended and had to replace bumper and trunk. Great job on the repairs. Paint was perfect match. Kept us updated on the process which comforted my mom and took away any guessing and calling in questioning. The car was returned clean and shiny.

Mark, Tina and the crew at this recently opened Caliber Collision helped reduce the stress of a hit and run experience. We made one call, gave them our personal and insurance information and they handled the details from there. Within an hour the damaged vehicle was towed to their shop and a rental was arranged. Mark kept us in the loop with the estimate, timeline and subletting for alignment. They stayed on estimate and true to the timeline. No surprises. We were advised at the time of signing the repair authorization of what types of payment they took. Upon pick-up of the vehicle we were provided a lifetime warranty on the repairs. The business is very clean and pandemic protocols are followed. Excellent company to do business with in an unfortunate situation.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The lack of respect, the condescending attitude, the refusal to admit faulty work was done. Zero integrity from Mark. He knows I have PTSD from combat, I tried to walk away because I was getting upset that he was insinuating another shop had worked on my car after I picked it up. I have dashcam that proves my car hasn't even been near another body shop or anyone with a buffer. I tried to tell him you don't follow a combat vet when they're walking away from you upset, and he continued to press the issue that someone else worked on my car and follow me screaming at me to come back, I'm an adult and disabled combat veteran, if i need to walk away, i can do that. I have it all on dashcam, completely unprofessional and zero integrity. Avoid this location at all
