I bought a quadaxle dump box. I dealt with Mike, he worked with me on the phone took measurements. He seemed to work the yard. Sent me pictures. When I drove 45 min. To see it he was right there to answer questions and Assistant anyway he could. 2 days later I called to purchase it and he had everything done. Credit Card over the phone. Office lady was super efficient. I see the 1 star reviews and I have to say, I could not have gotten better service. I also went into the ebay store and the guy was very pleasant. This is a big operation, they have parts that you cannot get elsewhere. Be a pleasant person and hopefully you'll get the service that i got. Great online follow up good inventory and cost

I read here a lot of negative comments but you need to understand How this yard operates… you have to come on site, you can’t call! Once there, check in with the lady in the office, let her know what part you need and she will tell where to go and look for it… so simple. I bought here WHOLE DEF system, DEF filter and catalyst…for 500$ and installed on my Kenworth t-680$ 1year ago, and let me tell you it’s still rolling on!:)

Im an hour away and asked if someone could go look at the section where they have all the bumpers stacked up to see if they see one similar before i make the drive. The response "we don't have enough employees to have someone walk outside and take a glance" Customer service.....a thing of the past here.

Absolutely rude I called someone answered next think out of his mouth was what do u want am trying to go home! He should be in the yard pulling parts not answering phones
