Caliber was a great place to fix the repair on our vehicle. Gabe in the office was great to deal with, very friendly. Knowledgeable and kept us up to date on the expected finish date The repair was perfect! Exceeded our expectations

07/15/25 - For some reason Google will not let me leave 2 reviews. My Rav4 had some minor damage from a bad storm we had last month. So I decided to bring it into Caliber since they did such a great job on my camry a few years ago. I also had Gabe again to keep me updated with the repairs. He was very good about updating me throughout the repair process by text message. And he was very responsive at addressing my concerns if I had any. My car looks back to brand new! They even washed my car and swept out the inside. I want to thank all of you at Caliber for doing such a great job on my car and the excellent customer service. Communication and service are both great. Vehicle was returned even better than we dropped it off. I have grown accustomed to having to stay on it to make sure service providers do their jobs, but there was none of that here. They made my life much easier.

What can I say? Caliber Collision was fantastic from start to finish. They made a stressful situation so much easier, even helping facilitate our rental car for the duration of our repairs. And they were very communicative! Shout out to Gabe! They did amazing work thank you so much!

Received this estimate to repair my bumper. He went straight to saying I needed the bumper completely replaced and once he took it off I had to leave my vehicle there. The guy was dry as toast, and didn’t even mention trying to simply repair the dent first. I went for a second opinion and they heated out the dent for $50 and it looks great. I’m sure caliber saw a young, blonde female who was alone and thought they could get an easy $1k. Insulting.
