After our family car was hit while I was sitting in it, in a parking lot just days before Christmas, Caliber Collision was incredible from start to finish. They immediately took my vehicle in, walked me through the rental process and arranged for them to pick us up to go get the rental car. They even checked it in for me the day I picked up my car, so I did not have to return to the rental car location again. They kept me informed every step of the way with consistent email updates and gave me an estimate timeframe - which they nailed, even with Christmas and New Year’s in the middle. Not sure about the costs since it was paid through my insurance. Very comfortable waiting area. They were very polite, showed me every necessary repair and explained why. They walked me through every step including scheduling a rental car company to pick me at drop off.

Derek was awesome through this whole process! I was hit while stopped at a red light and Caliber was on the list of approved Body Shops with the at fault driver's insurance. From check in to pick up Derek gave me regular updates so that I never once needed to call and check on progress. They got my car back to me today, 4 days before first estimated and they did a flawless job on the repairs and washed&vacuumed my car before pick up. Wonderful folks!!
