I loved the service at Caliber Collision!! Since you arrived, the girls at the counter treated me in a special way, so friendly and attentive to every detail. They called the rental cars and picked me up there. Mike was in charge of my car, he was so friendly, he kept me up to date in every detail of the process, they did an excellent job. The car is impeccable!! The color was exact to the original, the repair is not noticed any damage, the finish was better than the one that originally brought the car and they offered me a lifetime warranty as well. It only took 8 days in the whole process even if it was on holidays!! Awesome!!

Caliber Collision did an absolutely amazing job on my vehicle after being hit a month prior. They also have a great relationship with Enterprise cars where I was able to have the rental company pick me up and drop me off with ease. My service advisor Mike, went above and beyond making sure the car insurance company didn’t total my car and serviced my vehicle to repair. I couldn’t be more grateful to him and his team. The estimated time for repair was about 3 weeks and it was completed in less than a week! They also went above and beyond to detail my car inside and outside! 10/10 would recommend.

Dealing with Caliber was great, and their kindness and expertise was appreciated. The front desk was excellent, the manager was efficient, and Jackie was awesome and kept me informed of all the repair work. The body and paint work is exceptional...you can not tell it was hit from behind, the car truly looks like new...and...it was detailed perfectly. Thank you, Caliber, for making an upsetting experience turn out as good as possible without any further stress and aggravation. We can 100% recommend your services without hesitation.

my car was involved in a accident & the whole front bumper was almost completely torn off. from the moment i brought my car in to get an out of pocket pay they have been amazing . i didn't know what to do or where to start & i was pointed in the right direction. carlos did advise me of my car process & estimated due date etc . i was amazed on how they did . they were able to work with my drop off time & did a night drop off which was great with my work schedule , 10/10 recommend!! & to finish that off they detailed my car before returning it to me . Joe Jimenez, the general manager and his staff did a wonderful job repairing my car after it was stolen. Every aspect of the damaged car was returned to mint condition.
