Amazing customer service. Carmen was helpful and pleasant and the guys were absolutely awesome to speak with from start to finish. My situation (car) was a tough one-and they were beyond accommodating throughout the entire process. I’m so grateful. They did an awesome job, kept me informed, and guaranteed their work as long as I have my vehicle. Highly recommend.

10/10 Customer service and efficiency from start to finish. Communication was seamless throughout the entire process with updates on the repair regularly. I didn’t have to question the process at all. My car was completed before the estimated finish date and Caliber went above and beyond to ensure I was a happy customer. I was rear-ended in a parking lot and needed a new bumper. I had no idea how beautiful my car would look afterwards. Everything was handled smoothly, professionally, and with a human touch. If you are calm enough to just let Caliber in New Britain handle it, relax and enjoy the popcorn. Now that the repair process is over, I joke and say my car looks five years younger.

This repair was arranged by an insurance company; body repair following collision. Service was excellent; personnel professional and thorough; car now looks better than new. Repairs completed in timely manner (despite being holiday season); I was kept informed of progress through entire process.
