I broke the back window to my SUV yesterday right before heading to work. I asked my daughter to find a place who can replace it ASAP. She called a few places, some with no response and ended up doing an online estimate w/ D Professional Auto Glass. My daughter liked the estimate she received so she called immediately to get the final cost and see the availability. The gentlemen that attended her through the phone was very polite, understanding and gave her the final pricing which was not much difference from the initial one online. Compare to a few of the estimate my daughter received this was the absolute best and with the soonest appt (today 11am-11:30). Excellent service on my vw Jetta. Came to my job so I didn’t have to miss work, and explained the process and possible concerns with my rear defrost before hand in a way I could understand. Also, went over what he found while changing glass afterwards. Overall just a great job. Will definitely be returning to replace my windshield.

D Professional Auto Glass was excellent to work with. I had a sliding power window installed to replace the plain back window on my truck. These guys were very fast, and affordable. I dropped off the truck in the morning before they opened, and the truck was done by 9:30am. I requested to keep the old glass and these guys were able to give it back to me. Fantastic customer service experience! Owner mr. Brown was very professional and listened my concerns about my older truck that I really love. OE quality glass with very reasonable price! No gimmicks here. He performed work for my truck himself and kept me updated during the process. All stickers, like service mileage and inspection were placed in new windshield undamaged. Same with rear view mirror and toll pass box. People in the office were polite and nice. Great independently owned business that really cares to do things right! Thank you so much!
