I recently came to Caliber Collision in Newnan, Ga after my vehicle was hit in an accident. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly at the front desk, and my service advisor, Big Mike, consistently kept me informed throughout the entire process. My vehicle was completed ahead of schedule, and Mike personally reached out to share the good news. His friendliness and professionalism made the experience significantly easier. I want to thank Big Mike and the entire Caliber Collision team for taking such great care of my vehicle. I will definitely return in the future.

I brought in my vehicle for service through my insurance after an accident, and the process was seamless with excellent customer service. I used this collision center in December and the staff and office manger Scott, were extremely unprofessional. The only professional person int he building is the receptionist. Super nice-sweet girl. When i got there to drop my vehicle off, two representatives-grown, past grown abled men started to argue about who would be processing my car. I got immediate irritated and said "if no one wants to help me I can go somewhere else" I walked out and asked for the manager and spoke with Scott and he said I misunderstood. I said I took time off from work to be there since this is a vendor for my insurance company. I decide to use them because i thought it would go faster, but seems like they were beyond capacity.
