I recently had my vehicle repaired at Caliber Collision - Ashley Phosphate Rd, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding. Not bad work, the final details weren't the greatest considering it was at the shop for almost a month. We had sanding dust in glove box and interior compartments as well as it looked like it was wiped down with a wet rag but nothing else so you can see the water marks on the glass and other areas. Overall the work done wasn't bad, I just feel like it could have been better had someone taken 5 mins to look it over again.

I will left a 0 , they stole item in my truck my registration and insurance papers my compartment glove is empty my apple car screen is gone it was glue to the dashboard. They broke my back window and left all the glass inside went back and no taking accountability about what happened items were stolen and the do not need be move because they where not even on the way for the repair. Stopped in about a quote and was amazed at the awesome encounter at the Ashley Phosphate location. I appreciate the services offered by Caliber Collision. Wonderful customer service. I highly recommend this company!! The employees who work there are exceptional at their job.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Caliber Collision due to how poorly this situation was handled. While my vehicle was in their care, personal items were stolen from inside despite their policy stating that all vehicles are locked every night. That would indicate the theft likely occurred while the vehicle was in their possession. I’m not someone who jumps to conclusions or points fingers without reason, but when I brought it to their attention, I was treated as if I was making it up. There was no real concern, no apology just dismissal. The stolen items aside, the entire process has been frustrating from the beginning.
