Caliber Collision

Am always skeptical when dealing with any automotive repairs as the chance for shoddy work seems to be the default. Caliber was great from the start with my initial quote through the finish of the repair. Staff was great, informative and friendly with every interaction. Vehicle was not delivered in the time frame promised but was due to a part backordered from GM. Completely happy with my repair and truck was delivered all cleaned up as well.

Brody and his team are great to work with. I had issues with a repair done by another Caliber location. I contacted Brody and he said they could take care of things for me. In a quick turn around all of my repairs were done correctly and they made sure everything was good to go before I came and picked up my truck, At no additional cost to me. Brody was quick with communication and letting me know timelines and repairs that needed to be done. I will definitely be using this location in the future if I need work done on my vehicles.

Highly satisfied all around: the repair, the staff, the ongoing communication, the cleanliness of the inside of my car (extra happy about that because it was dirty and it's 0 degrees outside, so I wasn't going to clean it for a while). Special shout-out to Brooke at the front desk. I appreciate the friendliness I encountered from everyone I saw there.

Brody, Gage and Brooke took such amazing care of my grandmother recently in her accident. She was so shaken up when she told me she was merged in to and I knew sending her to this team was the best choice. Unfortunately her vehicle did end up totaling but she loves that little Kia and refused to give it up. Without asking or hesitation - Gage buffed the entire side of her car to make the damage a little less in your face. Brody even offered to drop her car off at her house and pick up the rental. These are GOOD people that truly CARE about their customers!
