Denise and Joe were very helpful with quoting my vehicle and keeping me updated the entire time. They made sure I understood everything and kept the communication clear from start to finish. Annalise was also great and made the paperwork process quick and easy, which I really appreciated. Mr. M did an excellent job calibrating and working on my car, and everything was completed professionally. The whole team was friendly, helpful, and made the experience smooth. Caliber Collision did great work on my Range Rover. Denise was great and she kept me informed. She walked me through the process and delivered my vehicle on time as promised. It all it was a great experience, and I would go back if I ever needed body work or paint work in the future.

She knows how to talk to people and make you feel comfortable. The body work done to my 2024 BMW 740i was fantastic. The paint match was top of the line and my vehicle is 3 stage white pearl, so not easy to paint match. You’d never know my car was in an accident. originally this was going to be a bad review. someone hit the back of my wife's truck and i brought it here. took about two weeks because of the holidays to get my truck back. When I first brought it home to inspect the work it looked like a blind person checked the quality of the work. when I called to tell them there were multiple pieces out of alignment the manager told me the insurance only authorized non oem(cheaper parts, which is why I'm giving it 5 stars). I gave them the truck back to put oem parts in and when i received back the second time is when it was damn near like new.
