Caliber Collision

I recently had my vehicle repaired at Caliber Collision and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. The quality of the work was excellent, but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service I received from Krista. From the moment I dropped off my car, Krista made the entire process seamless and stress-free. She kept me informed every step of the way, answered all my questions with patience and expertise, and genuinely cared about making sure I was satisfied. Her attention to detail and commitment to going above and beyond didn't go unnoticed - it's rare to find someone who truly takes pride in their work and treats customers like people, not just ticket numbers. The repair itself was completed on time, looks fantastic, and my vehicle was returned to me cleaner

Our experience with Caliber was a complete disaster. The initial repair (which wasn't overly complicated) took an entire month. When we went to pick up the car, an entire section was missed (still unclear how as the blame game went around and around.) When we went to pick it up the second time, the rear light wasn't properly reinstalled so needed to reordered. This was after we caught it the first time and mentioned it. So complete lack of attention to detail. All together, 2 months to do minor repairs, overage on car rentals, and a complete headache.

I had an amazing experience at this Caliber Collision, Lisa and Christa were very professional and helpful. I was updated throughout the entire process and my vehicle came back good as new! Very pleased with this experience, highly recommend.

Horrible!! These people are very dishonest and this business should be closed! These people have had our car for over two months and just started on repairs because we complained. If we had not complained they still would have had are car. They have no staff and will take your car in hopes you won’t mind or complain. Are car was hit by a deer on 2/3/25 we dropped it off a few days later. They would not start on it until we signed paperwork even though it was towed their and pre-authorized by the insurance. It needed minimal bodywork and a windshield. Safelight installs windshields in a day. These people did not start working on our car until the last week of March because they were waiting on the windshield. Nothing and I mean nothing was done to the car!!! No paint no body work, untouch
