Caliber Collision

This is the second repair they have done on my car and both experiences were excellent! They did excellent work and more quickly than I could have hoped and the level of communication throughout the entire process was exceptional! Can’t recommend them highly enough!

I have to say I am very pleased with the quality of the work and professionalism of the staff at this Caliber Collision. I hit a deer is my beloved Toyota Land Cruiser and did some intrusive damage to the vehicle. Michael, David, and the rest of the team at caliber were able to take it in and do all of the repairs to Toyota specifications. They helped me through the process and addressed every and any concern I had on the vehicle. I have since used them for some additional work and they were highly accommodating and fairly priced. Their transparency and honesty goes a step further when I had something that was out side of their scope when they gave me a reference that could work with directly to resolve the job. My van was repaired earlier than quoted and they did an amazing job. A week later, I realized the lock on the passenger door, the side the work was done on, wasn’t working. Without hesitation and even staying past closing to get it done due to me coming in hot 10 minutes before closing, Dave (I think that was his name - long beard) got it fixed quickly. Hopefully I’ll never need these kind of repairs again (dang deer!) but if I do, I’ll definitely be going back to Caliber Collision in Plymouth. Top notch all around.

Great customer service! I was kept well informed from start to finish. They even found some unrelated damage that I had not been aware of and were able to have those repairs completed without disturbing the original finish date.
