This is a must go to shop!!! Extremely trustworthy, amazing customer service they answer all your questions and they keep you informed on what is happening with your vehicle at all times - I personally appreciated their text system service regarding my vehicle. The people here at Caliber Colision are the best!! They keep you up to date with how the work is going and answer any questions you have and are always very kind and polite. When I got my car back, early, it was like nothing ever happened to my car!!! They handled everything with my insurance all I had to do was pay my deductible all other communication with the insurance went straight through them. It's been a couple of weeks since I got my car back and haven't had a single probelm!!!
Probably the worst place to go to get an estimate. They will make you waste your time and greet you like if you're not welcomed. Starting from the big girl at the entrance. Very rude and not even a HELLO. They knew whst kind of car i had since i made the appointment and then make you go and say my car is too old to fix. Rene flores could improve his customer service. He greeted okay but once he seen my car he immediately wanted to do nothing with my business. I recommend any place except calliber collision in pomona. 76 thumbs down
