Referred by a friend and they did a nice job. Would use them again. They were done a couple days early and changed out the passenger side headlight I brought in, so the car would have two new light and not just one. See the before and after pictures. I was 10/10 satisfied with my experience and repairs completed by Caliber Collision. My vehicle went in due to front bumper and driver’s front quarter panel damage. I spoke with Derrick during the initial consultation and he estimated 1 week of repair time. I dropped the vehicle off prior to going on vacation out of state and informed him that I would need the vehicle back by Wednesday July 9. (This way I would not have to pay for a rental car). Even with being closed on the 4th of July, as well as Sunday July 5th, Derrick and his team was still able to complete and return my vehicle to me by the initial estimate date of Wednesday July 9. At first I was bummed to not be working with a dealer after the wreck. But Caliber Collision was great and easy to work with. They did all the leg work with the insurance company and made sure the work was done to my liking. I had the pleasure of working with Taylor and he took all my concerns seriously, he kept me informed during the process, and the work was done quickly. I will absolutely recommend this shop!
