I had a great experience with Caliber. Danny called everyday and gave me an update on my car. He was so courteous and knowledgeable. The repair on my car was completed much sooner than I expected. Everyone I came in contact with was polite. I highly recommend Calibers!
Ashley and Chad, the manager, were great employees to work with during this repair. They delivered the car earlier than expected. The first pickup did find the paint job had some markings, but they took full accountability on it. They kept the car to run another coat of paint and accommodated my requests. We really appreciate the extra work they put into our two month old car as it now looks brand new again. They delivered really good customer service and stood behind the work of their shop. Thanks for bringing our new car back to new.
Ashley went above and beyond! We took my son’s car for an estimate - choose Caliber for their excellent reputation and high ratings. His rear bumper was partially detached- didn’t know why - maybe someone hit him or just wearing off. She said she thinks she can just screw it back in - she took it back and returned it good as new and NO CHARGE! Wow!! Very much appreciated! Will be my go to if needed and happy to refer!
I had a great experience with Caliber Collision in RSM. They recently repaired the bumper on my Mercedes, and the result was great. A big thank you to Eddie, who was my main point of contact. He was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process, keeping me updated every step of the way so I never had to wonder about the status of the repair. Having to get your car fixed after an accident is never ideal however I was so impressed with the service provided by caliber! Communication was amazing by Eddie! He worked directly with my insurance, the repairs were done on time and great quality. Got my car back looking new and I couldn’t be more happy. Highly recommended!
