Experience is always good. Found this stain on the seat but cannot conclude that it was from DTSC- because I did not see that pickup. But it is my wife’s car- and she asked me if I knew where it came from when she first drove the car to work on Monday. How should I address it? If it’s from one of the technicians- then they should know about it to make sure it doesn’t happen in someone else’s car. But like I said- not sure if it’s from them. It was noticed after pick up and the car was not used for anything after the service that was completed.

One of the best tire change out experiences that I’ve had in a long time. The staff was very professional. They provided me with everything that they said that they would prior to and at installation. Really good pricing and I felt that they were doing the best to give me a good experience. I look forward to working again with them in the future.

Five stars! Great service, great quality, Darrel was very helpful. Bought all new tires, and seemed to run into a balancing issue so I brought my vehicle back - they checked the balance for free! Would definitely recommend.

Employees are great here. Price reasonable. System is broken. Appointments are ignored in favor of walk in order, as verified by the employees and manager. Multiple customers voiced their displeasure while I was here. Executive leadership needs to structure a better plan of service priority. If a barber shop can honor appointments, so can a tire shop. 5 hours to get 4 tires installed with an appointment that was scheduled days earlier, does not work. The promise was 1-2 hours, multiple times. The call center will email you to tell you to come in sooner. Don't do this. They are not communicating with the store. Issues.

Service was last minute and they had my soze tores in stock which were special order at many other shops i called. They were able to provide an easy financing option. I asked to keep my best original tire as the spare, and they kept the one with which appeared to have the most tread left, but had cracks along the sidewall and damaged treads. - i didnt notice until after i left vecause they were bust during the shop closing down for the day and since the spare was put back under the bed of the track.
