I had a great experience at Caliber Collision. They were able to take me in early in the morning on my way to work, which was a huge help since my schedule is usually packed with daily business meetings. Julian and Letii walked me through the repair process, pricing, and timing in a clear and professional way, which gave me peace of mind. The overall customer service is truly spot on. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and well organized, and even the shop techs I briefly met reflected the same professionalism and values as the front office staff. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing reliable and customer-focused service.

I smashed mirrors with another car and had to get mirror replaced as well as a tiny bit of minor body damage. Lily (sp?) and the entire team were friendly, professional and communicative. Ultimately, I am beyond happy with the repairs, client service and the ease of which this process played out. I highly recommend Caliber North !!

We picked our Rav 4 up here following an accident and it was an incredible experience. Manny was so kind, communicative, and efficient. My expectations were high and I was sorely disappointed with the communication and service at this caliber collision location. My repairs were a result of being rear ended a year ago and caliber was a preferred provider for the insurance company of the woman who hit me. It started out great as they were able to schedule me quickly and a as soon as I dropped off my car I was sent texts telling me I would be getting regular updates on the repair progress. The expected communications never came and at 4:00 the day my car was supposed to be finished I called to find out when I could pick up my car only to be told it was not ready and wouldn’t be ready for several days. The day I picked it up the person who was supposed to be communicating with me apologized for the lack of communication and I

I gave Caliber Collision a 5-star rating because the service I received was truly outstanding. Manny, the manager, was incredibly professional and treated me with care and respect every step of the way. He walked me through the process and made everything easy to understand. Jackie at the front desk was just as amazing — always friendly, polite, and helpful. She never left me on hold for long and always made sure my questions were answered. And I have to give a huge shoutout to the detail department!! wow!! My car looked like it had just come off the showroom floor. It was cleaned and detailed so well, it honestly felt like I had paid for a full professional detail service. Overall, I give this place 100%. I would absolutely bring any of my vehicles here again.
