I love Caliber Collision! They took such great care of my car, Sunshine. The customer service is amazing, and the repairs are done in a timely manner. I got updates all along the way, and they made sure the insurance company approved everything before any repairs or changes were made.

Roy, Kayla, and Beverly were fantastic. They went over and beyond to make sure my truck looked right. They kept me in the loop on the progress between waiting for the new panels and the paint needed. Once the truck was ready Ron and I walked the truck and both agreed the paint was off. He spoke with the manager who agreed and they color matched perfectly on the second attempt. I 100% recommend working with both caliber collision, and if you have the choice this location will go as far as it takes to ensure your vehicle is just how you want it. This location is a perfect example of having service and customer satisfaction established as a foundation in company culture.

Caliber Collision did an excellent job on repairing the tailgate on my car. My car looks as good as new and was ready before the estimated time frame. This company was really good at updating me on the progress of my vehicle. Hopefully I won’t have to do any repairs on my vehicle for a very long time, but if I should need any work done in the future I would definitely return to this company.
