Caliber Collision

An edit to my initial Review: I would like to thank Jim from Caliber for reaching out to me and making things right. My vehicle looks great and I am extremely grateful for that! I should have also mentioned initially that everyone I have spoken with during this process has been warm and friendly. Ultimately, I'm not sure if this was an insurance issue, but very thankful that Caliber made this right! Thanks, again! I was involved in a hit and run accident which caused some rear bumper damage and unfortunately having my vehicle repaired and painted correctly has turned into a nightmare. The first after market rear bumper Caliber put on my vehicle had obvious flaws (see picture) on the left hand side and the color match was horrible. Caliber was super professional from beginning to end. From the moment I walked in, a friendly receptionist helped me with a rental car and walked me through the whole repair process, which was awesome. Travis gave me updates twice a week on my car's status and where we were in the process, which was great. The best part was getting my car back earlier than expected.

Hit a deer with my brand new Subaru Forester. Caliber did an excellent job with the repair. Very happy with their work.

After a small fender bender, I had my car in to Caliber. They kept me up to date the whole way, and when there was a delay, they let me know when and why. The delay was because a bumper came in that had an issue (not sure if it was damaged or a scratch) so a new bumper needed ordered. This shows that they take care in the work they do prior to sending it back to a customer. Would recommend Caliber again!
