Camping World - Rossford

Purchased a camper in April. The agreed upon work for the sale was never completed. Made several calls and had three call backs but every time I called back to the manager in service we never could connect. I purchased it with the agreement that the exterior trim would be repaired and a door replaced as the key lock wasn’t functional. In addition paid 1 hour dx fee for solar. Upon pick up I was told solar was fixed and trim and door was also fixed. No one looked over the unit with me to ensure it was done. I failed to do so on site and drove two hours to Catawba. Upon discovery that they did nothing and the solar still isn’t functioning that’s when I kept calling the store to find out what could be done. Never able to connect with anyone. Left several messages with promised retur

I worked with Colton and Jerrahn through the process of getting my new Keystone Cougar Fifth Wheel. My experience at the dealership was great. I have bought RV’s from other dealers, but none of them were as good of an experience as what I received from Camping World in Rossford. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that wants help finding a new camper. They did not pressure me at all and were more interested in making sure I got the right unit for me vs just wanting the sale. I want to say Thank You to the entire teams at Camping World in Rossford. They did an outstanding job.

Sales Manager Colton and Salesman Jack were absolutely amazing. Clhoe in financing was also great and Chritine in Service, phenomenal!! Absolutely the best place to buy hands down!!

Great experience with everything, from sales, service and finance! Zach was new as a salesperson (we were his first finalized sale! Congrats Zach!) and was very transparent with things he didn't yet know about, but got answers right away. Things were explained, repairs made where needed (not a lot, monir things), service was top notch. Many conversations with staff and they were accommodating in every way! Thanks CW Team! Now we just need spring to arrive and we're set for adventures with our new toy hauler!
