Amazing body shop customer service is amazing leaves the car just how it was before matches the paint perfectly and keeps you informed the whole entire time. I went there for a bump bumper repair minor damage, but they did have to replace the bumper. I was happy with the outcome they also noticed little nicks and scratches on the paint and fix those for me as well. After doing a full 360 car inspection definitely recommend going to this place. I used other body shops in the past, this was my best experience but then again who wants to be at the body shop anyways that’s never a good outcome, but they get your vehicle fixed and back on the road for you

I had my car fixed at this shop. However the technician forgot to reinstall several parts, including reconnecting left tail light. I drove my car for over three month without a working tail light at great danger on the road. The technician also forgot to put back door parts too. Strongly do not recommend this place, as your car may have a range new issues hidden somewhere due to unattractive technicians there.

Very poor customer service and transparency. The manager is unprofessional I wouldnt recommend anyone to go to the Royal Palm Beach Location.I was given one price then once they were done with the work they charged me more than the initial price the paper work said I owe.I spoke with the manager and I asked him what were the new charges for?And why wasn't I notified immediately once the price changed?He told me I would have to contact the insurance.I did and my insurance agent said he dont see what the extra $200 was for .All he see in the computer was the price they gave me last week.I called Caliber back and I informed the manager that the insurance couldnt see why they charged me an extra $200.He tried to tell me I was lying I said I can call the guy back.So all three of us can be on th
