We are from Alabama and this company is in California. We came for a trip and we hit a deer. We turned our car in and the date it was supposed to be ready kept moving to the right which is fine. I appreciate them keeping me up-to-date but the coolant was leaking and we called them took the car back up there. They said it was left over coolant from before they replaced it so then a few days later, we were driving around making sure everything was good before we got back on the road Alabama it was still leaking so now we have spent over a month in California which some of it is our fault because we hit a deer but once it was fixed and we paid our deductible, we had to return their car twice For the same problem, my husband he has experience and Mechanic stuff so he knew like a tubing or some

When I took the car in with them for the first time, I was patient enough to wait to get it repaired. Hoping for the best to come out great and it did! The repairs went amazing like the damages were never there, I was really happy how my car looked leaving no worries behind. I really do appreciate you guys giving me updates every now and then about my car and ordering the parts that needs to be put in together. Thank you guys, it was an amazing experience

The paint job was good , but as far as repairs . It's been a month since I asked about my decal ( that came with the car ) . All the VIN info and tire pressure plaques are missing from the door trim (still have no word back about that) . Rear panels by the rear glass aren't aligned , I tried pushing them in ( maybe they didn't clip in ) but nope they're sticking out and aren't aligned . They missed to see that the front grill broke in two upon impact . Also my front lip ( also from factory ) cracked and the passenger side fog light bezel isn't installed properly ( has a gap and part of it is sticking out ) when I took a closer look I saw small pry attemps were made when aligning it ( I can tell cause they made an indent on the body where the bezel sits . ) . It took them 3 weeks to repair the roof of my truck from tree damage. They repainted and repaired the roof and hood. They told me on the day I dropped it off that they were taking it to a different location out of town, which I was hesitant. They didn't tell me over the phone before I brought it in that they were going to take it to a different location. I wouldn't of taken my truck to them if I had known. They pushed out the finish date multiple times. The day I was actually picking it up, they promised a before noon time frame. So I came multiple times during the day to try and get my truck, between my work schedule. My truck wasn't ready until 430pm. Very disruptive to my work schedule and rental car return. Quality of work is excellent timeliness is not.
