Thank you caliber collision for the great service and timely repair. My truck was compete a week ahead of schedule and they even cleaned it for me, which I’m thankful for all around because I never have time to clean it myself. Customer service is great and communication is always key for me and they do a great job! This is my go to place whether it be for myself or a family member.

Wayne at Caliber Collision provided excellent service. He kept me well informed throughout my vehicle’s repair process and went above and beyond by taking the extra time to help determine the source of a leak in my trunk. His communication, attention to detail, and willingness to be proactive made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. I truly appreciate the level of care and would highly recommend this location.

The staff at 1710 Salisbury Blvd were great and friendly. From the time I brought my Chrysler 300 in for repair til I picked it up I was kept updated. The car looks great and im totally satisfied.

Excellent service from here! Was in a small fender bender and Kyle had my truck repaired and back to me in less than 2 weeks. They give updates on the status of the vehicle several times a week through phone calls and text message so I knew the progress the whole time. Would absolutely recommend here to anyone and if I ever needed repair again I'd certainly come back.

This shop is violating Maryland Consumer Protection Act by giving false completion dates. Alyssa the receptionist is rude, ignorant and unprofessional. When I brung up the violation of federal and state consumer laws by using this practice and the trouble and money it could cause the business she became nasty and then hung up on me multiple times. She is not good at her job and very unknowledgeable about proper phone and business etiquette or professionalism. I have documented all the interactions for future legal purposes including record her unprofessional conduct. For future purposes in case her supervisor sees this, which she told me she only answers to herself but I doubt that, here is a copy of THE LAW regarding completion dates and how they’re governed.
